Who is Rachel
Oh hey there! My name is Rachel and I started this amazingly rewarding business back in July 2016.
It all started back in 2011 when I was traded in for a younger model, and I have to admit, the self-esteem and confidence went out the window. I then thought it would be a good idea to have a photoshoot with one of my amazing friends in Geelong – a life changing decision that changed my life, and saw myself as beautiful for the first time
About a year later, she ran courses in photography (which I’d never done before), but I jumped in straight away as all I wanted to do was to help other women feel that same way I felt too.
Bella Madre, ‘beautiful mother’. My sole purpose here is to help all mumma bears see themselves as the beautiful, strong, capable, amazing creatures they are – through their own eyes. To find self-acceptance, self confidence, self-empowerment.
I love what I do, and I appreciate all the incredible women that have been in our studios, and the ones still to come in. Each one of you are AMAZING.

REALITY CHECK LADIES… No one’s perfect – we’re not meant to be!
Don’t get me wrong – I absolutely adore this photo, but when I saw this, I wanted to edit the crap outta my belly.
But here’s where the real comes in.
That belly carried the 3 most precious gifts in my life. It stretched way beyond what it should, it fed and nurtured these little bubbas of mine till I could hold them in my arms. This belly should be proud of everything it’s achieved, not ashamed of its wrinkles
Yes, I can stretch that belly out and make it flat, yes I have a bung eye (news flash ladies – we all have a bung eye), I have a crooked smile, I edited the wart off my forehead (that no one else notices), and I made my eyes a little greener…
We all have issues with our own bodies, we are our own worst critics but when we look at everything we’ve achieved, we should be proud!
The majority of the shoots we have coming up are boudoir. This means that not everyone will give me permission to show sneak peeks but all I ask (and you’re all good at this anyway ) is be proud of who plucks up the courage to start to love the skin they’re in, wrinkled bellies and all!
